We went to the Farmer's Market a couple of times, and she was always excited to find the HONEY!!

And fascinated by the honeybees!

Her first beignet - pretty sure that's NOT vegan...

A sheet of stickers to keep her entertained while I shop in Michaels's. It did the trick!

My little bartista - always wanting to make "cossee" - this time she managed to get it open all by herself.

First time in pigtails!! A-DOR-ABLE!

This is what she looks like when she wakes up in the mornings and after nap. She must rub her head back and forth, because she always has a massive knot right in the front and one at the back on the right side. We use lots of detangler in this house!

Being such a big kid - wore her watch all morning - even through Gymboree!

Mira is being Miss Boss (as usual), telling the other kids to "um on!" as she waves them over. Mason seems to be thinking, "Oh, geez, here she goes again..."

We got the tent out. At one point, Mira had the whole family in - including both dogs. Can't say they were real excited about that...

New Learning Tower - we all love it!!

What a Beauty!!

The gardens are in full bloom and Mira is around 1 1/2 years old, so it was a perfect time to snap some shots at Norton's Art Gallery!!

A Week with the Girls!

This post is a bit over-due, but I have more coming my way, so I better just get it done. That's why it's a very short and sweet!

Avi and Olivia's annual week-long visit has come and gone. We had a blast! Mira loved having her cousins here!

The girls enjoyed going to the park and playing at the "sprayground" as well as the playground.

Avi got to be a hamster! She wanted to try it in Destin, but shedidn't get to. Glad she got another chance - she really had fun (while everyone else looked on)! At one point, Kenny said Mira was trying to strip down so she could get in the "wa-wa"!

We did lots of letterboxing, and even hid our own box! Maybe you'll find it?  =)

We also tie-dyed some t-shirts to wear to the Firecracker 5K.

It seems Olivia has just made a fresh kill - no wait, that's just her tie-dyed shirt. Phew!

Olivia and I went to the midnight showing of Eclipse, so we also made shirts for that. Just realized that I didn't get a pic - too bad - they were super-cute!

Everyone enjoyed a trip to Party Central. Olivia, Avi, and Kenny enjoyed the go-karts. Olivia, Avi, and I had a ton of fun battling it out on the bumper boats. And Mira went down the giant slide about a dozen times and still asked for "more, more" when we decided we were done.

Avi and I got Olivia soaked! We were a great team - Avi pressed the trigger while I aimed and revved the engine.
