Halloween 2011

First "we" carved a pumpkin....

Then we painted pumpkins....

the weekend before Halloween, Kenny and I went to a Halloween party of a couple of our friends, but we don't have a lot of pics that are "Family Blog" appropriate...we had a GREAT time though!!! They did such a fabulous job - everything was ridiculously over-the-top! So amazing! We love you Morgan and Bobby!!

Their entire house, inside and out, was transformed into a funeral parlor! Complete with handmade casket!

Morgan always out-does himself with the food! Gorgeous and scrumptious!

The backyard is ready for a graveside service!

Ran into an old friend from high school! So great to catch up, Kim!!

Morgan is too hilarious for words! And this isn't even the funniest part of his costume...

This is their living room!

There were lots of great shoes at this party!

We went to the Daniels' annual Halloween party the Friday before Halloween...

Mil Mascaras (a Mexican Wrestler or Luchadore) and Ring Girl

CoCo and Kenny went as The Ref and Nacho Libre (the opponent)

The Contenders

Jennifer got fancy with the shots - that's a "Peppermint Patty" I'm choking on!

My brother after a few of those shots....where did those wings come from??? Is he a wrestler or the tooth fairy????

I shared one of my hair extensions and gave Kenny a rat tail. It ooged him out pretty good - he wouldn't leave it in very long.
We got a little silly with this "scary" mask

Saturday night was the annual Witches' Brew!

Mira's butterfly outfit conveniently doubled as a witch's outfit!

Cutest little witches around!

This was my first Witches' Brew, too!!

Monday night was Halloween - time for trick or treating!
Getting those antennae in...

Blue Morpho Butterfly

On the way to Sheesa's, I had to re-invent the antenae - they just were not working. Turned out just as cute, and I like Mira's hair down even better.

After we hit up about 6 houses, we came back home to hand out candy. Mira lined all her loot up on the coffee table. When I asked if she was going to share with me and Daddy, she said, "Sure!" (how sweet!), then told us we could each have a bag of pretzels (Stinker!)!

Enjoying her first Kit Kat. She had two pieces of candy that night and has seemed to totally forgotten about it since - even though it's still sitting on the coffee table!

Halloween was pretty awesome this year! Already looking forward to next year!
